 <title>iOS 8 Bug Affects Mobile Apps</title>

&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, the issue isn&#039;t within our control.  The problem is being caused by a bug within iOS 8 which affects all web apps.  The actual fix needs to come from Apple, in the form of an updated version of iOS that addresses a bug in the way they handle asynchronous javascript in web apps.  Apple did release an upgrade (iOS 8.0.1) on September 24, 2014, which addressed several web-related bugs, but it caused more significant problems for users, so they quickly rolled back the release.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As we continue to monitor the issue, users can work around the bug by doing the following:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Open Safari&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go to &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.activtrax.com&quot;&gt;www.activtrax.com&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Answer &#039;Yes&#039; when prompted to go to the web-optimized version&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;While the workaround resolves the freezing issue, the visual experience will not be full screen and the address bar will remain on the page.  We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate everyone&#039;s understanding and patients while we wait for Apple to resolve the issue.&lt;/p&gt;
