iOS 8 Bug Affects Mobile Apps

Tracking your food choices is a must for mindful nutrition and weight loss.   A 2008 study showed that people who tracked their food choices in a food diary for six months lost twice as much weight as those who did not record what they ate.  Simply writing down what you eat makes you more accountable for your choices.  You might think twice about thoughtless snacking or high-calorie dishes if you know you will see the evidence in black and white.

Adding & Removing Exercises

One of the most commonly requested features from users is the ability to add and remove the exercises they perform on their own.  Our development team has been hard at work making it happen.  In the coming weeks, we'll be releasing a new feature that will allow you to easily add or remove an exercise (or exercises) from your ActivTrax routine.  In our first release, the feature will be exclusively available from any standard web browser or at the ActivTrax kiosk.  But don't worry...we're already working on adding the feature to the mobile website too.
