Consider this feature a Member Engagement mulligan.  If your staff have fallen behind in their engagement activities, this new feature will provide them a fresh start.  This feature is available to all users with Managerial rights.  

Choose Member Engagement from the Engagements Menu item in the yellow menu bar.  You can filter the page to include all coaches or just the open engagements for a particular user.  Then, at the bottom right corner of the screen, click the 'Remove All Open Actions'.  That's it!  Your staff are now ready to start over and begin re-building their member relationships.
